
Located at the N. end of Elk Point on Hwy #41; the proud statue of Peter Fidler stands. The statue of the famous Hudson’s Bay Surveyor stands 32’ tall and 8‘ wide and was carved with a chainsaw by Herman Poulin for the Town of Elk Point’s 1992 Bicentennial Project of the Forts.
