Giant Beaver

Beaverlodge celebrated its 75th Anniversary of incorporation on July 21, 2004, and part of the celebrations included the unveiling of a Giant Beaver Sculpture on the highway corridor. The sculpture is 15’ high, 28’ long and weighs 3,000 lbs. It is a must see in Northwestern Alberta on your way up the Alaska Highway.

To get your passport stamped visit the Cultural Centre and Tourist Information Booth directly behind the Beaverlodge Beaver (off Hwy #43) or the Town of Beaverlodge Office (201 – 10 Street, Main Street).
